Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us during our Store Closing Sale. Due to the high volume of clearance orders and the handling requirements for BBQs, outdoor furniture, heating products and other bulky items, delivery may take longer than usual.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard estimated delivery time is 20–30 days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that this timeframe is an estimate only. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product size, warehouse availability, carrier capacity, and regional delivery conditions.

Why Delivery May Take Longer During the Sale

As part of the Store Closing Sale, remaining stock may be shipped from different warehouse locations or clearance distribution points. Some products, especially large BBQs, outdoor furniture and bulky items, require additional handling and may need to be transported by specialist carriers.

For this reason, delivery may take longer than standard parcel shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to dispatch all clearance orders as quickly as possible.

Bulky Items & Remote Areas

Large or bulky items may require special delivery arrangements. Delivery to some remote or regional areas may take additional time.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, APO/FPO addresses, or addresses where large-item delivery is not supported.

Delivery Updates

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery updates will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping details and contact information are correct before placing your order.

Customs, Duties & Additional Fees

For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees may apply depending on your destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
