Some products may be available in limited quantities, especially during clearance events, seasonal promotions, or Store Closing Sale campaigns.
4. Store Closing Sale
Products offered as part of a Store Closing Sale may be sold at significantly reduced clearance prices, with discounts of up to 80% off selected items.
Clearance stock is limited and may sell out quickly. Placing an order does not guarantee product availability until the order has been confirmed and processed.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we may contact you to offer an alternative solution, partial shipment, replacement item, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Store Closing Sale items are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns, unless required by applicable law or stated in our Return Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Prices, Promotions and Availability
All prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product information errors, stock errors, promotional errors, or checkout errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted.
If an order is affected by an obvious pricing or product error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
Promotional offers, discount codes, sale prices, and clearance prices may be subject to additional conditions and may not be combined unless clearly stated.
6. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.
You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address, phone number, email address, and order details are correct before completing your purchase.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed. If payment is declined, cancelled, reversed, or flagged as suspicious, we may delay or cancel the order.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, automated systems, or users engaging in fraudulent or suspicious activity.
7. Order Confirmation
After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order request.
An order is only accepted once it has been processed and dispatched, unless otherwise confirmed by us.
If we need to cancel or adjust your order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout where possible.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Our estimated delivery time is generally 20–30 days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by product size, warehouse availability, carrier capacity, bulky item handling, regional delivery conditions, customs checks, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Large items such as BBQs, outdoor furniture, grills, heating products, and other bulky goods may require special handling or specialist carriers, which may extend delivery times.
We may be unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, APO/FPO addresses, or locations where large-item delivery is not supported.

9. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Guarantees
Returns, refunds, exchanges, repairs, and replacements are handled according to our Return Policy and applicable law.
Store Closing Sale and clearance items are generally not accepted for change-of-mind returns, incorrect selection, accidental orders, or unsuitable product choice.
However, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law continue to apply. If a product is faulty, damaged, significantly different from its description, unsafe, or not fit for its intended purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a repair, replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.
Original shipping fees, handling fees, and return shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to a confirmed fault, damage, incorrect item, or an error on our part.
